Buying a used car is a great way to save some cash, but be sure check out the vehicle before buying. Here are a few things to consider before your purchase:

  • Signs of leaking or burnt smells
  • All lights, including interior
  • The odometer, new cars with high mileage may cause problems in the near future
  • The interior, move objects to make sure nothing is being covered up
  • Rust or scratches, move hand across edges to check for any damage
  • The AC even if it is winter
  • When test driving get up to a higher speed and check the brakes
